Delhi Public School, Chandigarh, organised Skill Saturday 2.0 for the students of Class V on October 10, 2026. The initiative aimed to promote experiential learning, creativity, physical fitness and environmental awareness through engaging, hands-on activities.The day began with an energetic aerobics session, followed by a PowerPoint presentation and a nature walk to the school’s Herbal Garden, acquainting students with the importance of herbs and fostering an appreciation for nature. The culinary activity, Millets Roll with Healthy Stuffing, highlighted the benefits of nutritious eating, while the, Leaves and Flowers Pounding Activity encouraged creativity through nature-inspired art.Skill Saturday 2.0 offered a meaningful blend of fitness, environmental education, healthy eating and creative exploration, enabling students to develop practical life skills through joyful, experiential learning.
