The students of class ll of Delhi Public School, Chandigarh, learnt about the importance and process of growth in living beings during their General Awareness class on September 14, 2026. The four stages in the life cycle of a butterfly were explained to them. An activity was conducted wherein the students depicted the life cycle of a butterfly using materials like cotton, clay and coloured sheets on a sheet of paper. They also labelled the different stages of growth in a butterfly. The activity helped the children understand the growth and stages in the life cycle of a butterfly in an interesting and creative manner.
