Delhi Public School, Sector 40-C, Chandigarh has added another feather to its cap by securing the 3rd Rank in the Swachh School Ranking - 2026 organized by the Municipal Corporation Chandigarh.

The school was awarded a Certificate of Excellence in recognition of its exemplary commitment towards cleanliness, hygiene, source segregation of waste, environmental sustainability and promotion of Swachhata practices.

The award ceremony was organized  by the Municipal Corporation Chandigarh under the theme "Clean School, Bright Future". The certificate along with prize money of Twenty one thousand was given by the Governor Sh Gulaab Chand Kataria,  Sh. Saurabh Joshi, Mayor, Chandigarh and Sh. Amit Kumar, IAS, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Chandigarh.

The citation lauds the school for its exemplary efforts in creating a clean, green, healthy and sustainable learning environment and for inspiring students to become responsible citizens and ambassadors of Swachhata.
