Rishika Bhatia (Class V) won Third Prize in Fancy Dress Competition “Save Environment” conducted by State Library, Sector 17, Chandigarh.

In a Card Making Competition organised under Hubs of learning at GHS 46-C on 18th December, 2019,four of our students participated. Brahmjot Kaur (V-A) and Jinal (V-G) bagged 1st and 3rd positions respectively in junior group and Maryam Iqbal bagged the 2nd position in the senior group.

In kala Utsav, the Inter-School Literary, art and cultural competitions held at DPS Mohali on November 16, 2019, Devansh Aggarwal (VII D) got 3rd position in Speak Up, a declamation contest and Sayema (VIII E) won the 2nd prize in Creative Spark, mandala art competition

Saanya Khunger got Special Mention at Bhavan Vidyalaya Model United Nations held from August 2 to August 4, 2019.

Our School team comprising of Vanya Sidana, Pranjal Sood, Sanya Ghosh, Ojasvita Sikka, Nani Nayyar, Dhun Madan, Nikita Dhingra and Ashmita Bhardwaj, won the Inter DPS Dance Festival (North Zone)-2019 (Nrityanjali) hosted by our School  on August 2, 2019 in the school auditorium. The dance competition featured eighteen dance teams from North Zone. The participating teams presented fabulous dances based on the theme ‘Mohan Se Mahatma’ – Ode to 150 years of Mahatma Gandhi and ‘Sushakti’ – Empowered Women of History / Mythology.

Our school team comprising Ananya Mukherjee VI H, Palak Sharma VI D, Agam Singh Kohli VII HAsha Rishi VII F, Aditya Goyal VII F, Bharvi Garg IX G, Abha Vashisht IX G and Simarjot Singh IX H bagged the Third position in Inter DPS Hindustani Vocal Music Competition(Zone 1) held at Amritsar on 27th July 2019. Ananya Mukherjee of VI H bagged the second position in the solo category. The team will now be participating at the National level.

In the Poster Making Competition to celebrate ‘No Tobacco Day’ held on 16th May 2019 at Khalsa College of Technology & Business Studies, one of our students, Maryam Iqbal (Class VII-D) bagged the Third Prize and two of our students, Vanya Bagu and Prakriti (VII-F) secured the merit positions.

In St. Johns Heritage Day Celebrations, held on 16th May 2019, Siddhant A. Shah and Simarpreet Jus of (X- A) won the First Prize in Creating an Indian Script using art and language symbols.

Rehmat Singh and Drishti Arora (Class VIII-H) won Second Prize in Tribal Jewellery Making Competition in the same event.

Khwaish (Class IX-D) bagged the First prize in the activity: Making articles from old clothes, as a part of Inter-School Competition, organized by Sacred Heart School, Chandigarh on 2nd May 2019.

Our School team comprising of Mansha Dubey (VIII-F) and Tanisha Kishan (VIII-F) bagged the First prize in the event ‘Best out of Waste’ and our team comprising of Agrima Sudhir (IX-H) and Vedika Malhotra (VIII-D) bagged the Second prize in the event ‘Freehand Brushless Painting’ organised by Parijai Genus at Panjab Kala Bhawan, Chandigarh on 14th April 2019. Maanvir Singh (IV-E) bagged the Third prize in individual category for the Freehand Brushless Painting in the same event.

Our School dance team comprising of Ritika Singh (X-F), Sanya Ghosh (X-F), Mehr Mehta (X-F), Vanya Sidana (X-H), Ojasvita Sikka (IX-D), Sanchita Kalra (IX-D), Baani Nayyar (IX-D), Pranjal Sood (IX-C) and Dhruv Madan (VIII-E) bagged the Second Runners Up position and Best Props Award in the National Level of Nrityanjali 2018-Inter DPS Dance Festival held at DPS Greater NOIDA on 24th November 2018.
