Saanvi from Delhi Public School, Chandigarh has brought laurels to the school by securing the 9th position in the Grade 4 Category of the 13th World Water Day National Level Inter-School Elocution & Colouring Competition, held on 15th March 2025. Organized by the Heritage Foundation of Art and Culture, the event aimed to raise awareness about water conservation. Congratulations to Saanvi for her creative contribution and remarkable performance!

DPS is proud to share that Ishit Saxena of Class III B has successfully completed the Piano Entry Level 3 Exam with Merit from Trinity College London.

This remarkable achievement was accomplished through Austin Music Academy, Pune. The exam recognizes foundational musical skills and expressive performance, and Ishit’s result reflects both talent and dedication to music.

Congratulations to Ishit on this musical milestone!

Deelisha Trikha of class IX-E, was awarded the Consolation prize in Declamation Competition organised by Bangiya Sanskritik Sammilani, held on National Youth Day, 12th January, 2025 at Banga Bhawan, Sector-35-C, Chandigarh.

DPS Chandigarh’s Ananya Mukherjee, a Class 11 student, achieved excellence at the National Inter-DPS Hindustani Music Vocal Festival-SWARAGINI. She bagged 1st prize in Solo category, displaying her exceptional vocal talent and musical understanding. Ananya’s success inspires her peers, solidifying her school’s reputation for nurturing exceptional talent.

Sahiba Singh of VG won second prize in ‘Weave-a-Thon’ a Story Telling Competition organised at Sacred Heart Convent School, Chandigarh on 25-27th October, 2024.

Parin Kakkar Of Class VIII-D won High Commendation Award in SHS MUN Organised by Sacred Heart Senior Secondary School on 26th and 27th October.

Rishika Bhatia of class 10C bagged the first position as the Best Delegate in the Sacred Heart School Model United Nations held on 26th and 27th October 2024. She excelled in the UNCSW committee, which had more than 70 delegates competing.

Reyansh Batra of Class 4C has published a book titled The Daring Ghostbusters with Bribooks. In this thrilling story, he showcases his creativity by writing about four friends who bravely defeat zombies and a witch, overcoming many challenges. The book inspires young readers to face their fears with courage instead of running away.

Geetanshi of Class 5C received an Appreciation Certificate ( 3rd winner position) in the Monsoon Poetry Competition Organised by Kids Age ( Children’s National Newspaper)An online entry of poetry was sent in June,2024.
