Academic Achievements

Arnav Aggarwal of Class- IV E bagged a Gold Medal in the 39th Brain-O-Brain Regional Test held in Ludhiana on 25th December 2012.

Pranay Garg of class-VI C bagged the Second Position in the North Region SIP Abacus Brain Gym held on 23rd December 2012 at New Delhi.

Aatishya Sharma of class IX displayed his model in the State Level Science and Environment Exhibition 2012 held in Dec 2012. Earlier, he was winner at  the State Level Exhibition and Project Competition under INSPIRE Award scheme and also represented UT Chandigarh at the 2^nd National Level Exhibition and Project Competition held at New Delhi in October 2012.

Raahat Manrai of Class XII bagged the Best Interjector Award in Zonal Inter DPS Debate Competition (Zone 1) held at DPS Bhiwani in July 2012.

Our school quiz team comprising of Pallavi and Gurasis of Class VIII bagged the Second Position in Zonal Inter DPS Quiz Competition held at DPS Jhakri in July 2012.

Our students bagged several prize in Mathemania – Inter School Mathematical Event held at St. Xavier School, Chandigarh in July 2012.

Varun of Class IX-A bagged the Third Position in Quiz on America organized by American Centre of Chandigarh State Library in August, 2012.

Our school bagged the Second Runners up Position in Limca Quiz 2012 held in August 2012.

Annesha Sarkar of Class IV-A bagged the Second Position in Hindi Poetry Recitation Competition organized by Institute of Microbial Technology on 14th September, 2012.

Jannat Brar of Class X-B bagged the Second Position in a Workshop on Epilepsy organized by PGIMER, Chandigarh in August 2012.

Varunveer Chauhan and Bhavya Sharma of Class XII bagged the First Position in the Regional RBI Quiz conducted by Mr. Ryan Shah. The team has qualified for the Final Round to be held in Kolkatta in December 2012.

Bhavya Sharma of Class XII got selected in the First Round of National Online Essay Writing Competition organized by e-India in October 2012.

Bhavya Sharma and Varunveer Chauhan of Class XII bagged the First Position in a quiz organized by HT Pace in August 2012.

Sakshi Goyal of Class XII, Eknoor of Class XI and Arpit Mehta and Nilesh Biswas of Class X bagged the First Position in Coalesce – Business and Technology Quiz 2012 held at St. John’s High School Chandigarh in August 2012.

Siddhi Gupta of Class IX-A was selected as one of the winners of the online quiz organized by Paryavaran Mitra on World Water Day 2012 and has been awarded a Nature Camp Voucher for Mount Abu. Virok Sharma of Class IX-A and Rig Malik of Class VIII-A were awarded the ‘Paryavaran Mitra Cap’.
