Class I organised ‘Sense Organs Activity’

Sensory play is a simple and exciting way for the children to explore their different senses, movements and balance in an unstructured setting. To make the children aware of the same an Activity on ‘Sense Organs’ was conducted for the students of Class I of Delhi Public School, Chandigarh. The children were given a bag with different kinds of things in it. They were asked to put their hand inside the bag feel the things and explain about them in a few words. They were also blindfolded and made to taste different food items like sweet, salty and sour. The children were very excited and thoroughly enjoyed the activity.
