We are proud to share that our Head Girl, Suhani Sharma, conducted an inspiring and engaging session for students from Classes 8 to 12, where she shared her personal journey through the competitive international college application process. Suhani has received multiple prestigious offers, including full-ride scholarships to some of the world’s top universities of Harvard, Yale, Duke, Johns Hopkins, Rice University, and the University of British Columbia and she has committed to Harvard.
320 students attended the session; they had shown interest by filling in the google form and submitting their queries to Suhani. Suhani spoke candidly about her experiences applying to top global universities, the challenges she faced, the strategies she used, and the valuable lessons she learned along the way.
The event provided students with practical tips on preparing strong applications, balancing academics with extracurriculars, writing effective essays, and preparing for interviews. Suhani also took time to answer many of the questions submitted in advance, making the session highly interactive and relatable. She emphasised that students should utilise their time properly, hone their communication skills and invest themselves fully into the task at hand to achieve excellence in their pursuits.
We congratulate Suhani on her achievements and thank her for generously giving back to the school community by motivating and guiding her juniors. We look forward to seeing more of our students follow in her footsteps and reach for their dreams!
