To nurture the skills of listening and reading, a storytelling sessions were organised for the students of the Pre-Primary Wing of Delhi Public School, Chandigarh from October 13 to October 15,2025.Engaging tales such as 'The Talkative Turtle', 'The  Two Wise Goats' and 'The People’s Judgement from the stories of  Mullah Nasruddin' were narrated to the children.The students also enjoyed listening to several other well-known stories, including 'The Tortoise and the Geese', 'The  Wind and the Sun' and the ever-popular 'The  Serpent and the Crows'. To enhance creativity and sustain interest, creative worksheets, interactive sessions and handmade props representing the characters were effectively used during the narration. Each story concluded with a moral, enriching the learning experience.Overall, the activity proved to be both enjoyable and educational, leaving the children with valuable lessons conveyed through the art of storytelling.
