State Level Events

Our school team comprising of Jaskeerat Singh(X), Aayush Raj Kapoor(VII), Siddarth Darshi(X), Anmol Rattan(VII) and Ishaan Narang(VII) bagged Third Position in U17 category in UT Inter School Chess Tournament held from July 25, 2016 to July 27, 2016.

Our school team comprising of Sohani Makkar(IX), Samira Mehta(IX), Tahira Gulati(IX), Aab(VIII) and Sanya Khungar(IX) bagged Third Position in U17 category in UT Inter School Lawn Tennis Tournament held from July 25, 2016 to July 29, 2016.

Ishita of Class XI E bagged 3rd position in Girls singles in U-17 category and 2nd position in Girls Doubles in U-17 in North Zone Badminton Championship from 6th -10th July 2016 held at Panjab University Badminton Hall Chandigarh.

Ishita of Class XI E bagged 1st position in Girls singles in U-17 category and Girls Doubles in U-17 in North Zone Badminton Championship from 1st – 5th June 2016 held at Jalandhar.

In the Chandigarh State Swimming Competition from 14th to 15th May 2016 held at Sector-23 Chandigarh, the following students won laurels-

Vrinda Rana of class 8D won the Second Position in North Zone Badminton tournament held at Shivalik Public School Chandigarh from April 14 to 17 2016.

Vrinda of class-VIII D secured Second position in doubles category in North Zone Badminton Tournament held at Shivalik Public School Mohali from April 14 , 2016 to April 17 , 2016.

Aasees (Class VII-A), Maitri (Class VIII-A), Disha Mukherjee (Class VIII-C) and Palak (Class VIII-F) represented our School at the State level Painting Competition on 22nd January 2016. Disha Mukherjee got the Consolation prize of Rs. 1000.

Asees Babbar (Class VII-A), Maitri (Class VIII-A), Saumya Goyal (Class VIII-B) and Disha Mukherjee (Class VIII-C) were amongst the top 50 students selected in Inter School painting competition to take part in the State Level Competition organised by Central Ground Water Board, North Western Region on 22nd January, 2016.

Jaskeerat of class -IX E participated in Chess competition in Delhi and won a cash prize of Rs 1000 and secured 24th Position.

Shivin Sardana of class -VIIID secured Third position both in U-15 Singles and U-15 Doubles in Chandigarh State Table Tennis tournament held at Table Tennis Hall sector 23 , Chandigarh from December 12,2015 to December 14, 2015.

Pranav (Class X) and Kshitiz (Class IX) secured Third position in 43rd State Level Science, Mathematics and Environment Exhibition 2015 held on 30th November.(Theme: Agriculture and Food Safety). They received a certificate and cash award of Rs. 2100/-.

Soumil Arora (Class VII D) got International rank 137, State rank 12 and School rank 1 in the First round of National Cyber Olympiad.He received a Medal and Certificate of Excellence for the same.He has qualified for the Second round of NCO.

Nitima Garg (Class V D) and Siona Arora (Class VI C) participated in State Level Poster Making Competition on Energy Saving organised by BBMB on 6th of November. They bagged Third position and Consolation prize respectively.

Shubhangi Jindal of class – IXE bagged the Second position in Sub Junior Girls Single category in Shimla Hot Weather and Himachal Pradesh State Ranking Tournament held at Indira Gandhi Sports Complex,Mohali from August 21,2015 to August 24,2015.
