On 28th May 2025, the Counselling Cell of Delhi Public School, Chandigarh, organised an enriching workshop titled “We Grow, We Glow” for the educators of Grades III, IV, and V. The session focused on fostering both personal and professional growth among teachers through reflection, collaboration, and interactive learning.
The workshop encouraged teachers to embrace and learn from the innate qualities of children—curiosity, resilience, openness, and playfulness. Through thoughtfully designed activities, participants explored how these childlike traits can inspire empathy, creativity, and a fresh perspective in teaching practices.
The session was met with enthusiasm and appreciation, leaving teachers feeling motivated and reconnected with their core purpose as educators. It reinforced the belief that when teachers grow alongside their students, they not only strengthen relationships but also create more joyful and impactful learning environments.
