Learning and recognizing basic shapes not only develops spatial awareness but also enhances creativity and problem-solving skills. Keeping the same in mind, ‘Shape House Activity’ was conducted for the children of Class Prep I of Delhi Public School, Chandigarh. Through hands on exploration and creativity, the children constructed their own shape houses using various cut-out shapes. This activity not only helped them recognize and identify different shapes but also fostered their fine motor skills. It was a cool way to learn about shapes and make something fun at the same time.
