Sports Achievements

Saumya Saxena (XD), Tanya Batra (IXC) and Prabhneet Kaur (IXG) of our school bagged the Second position in U-16 Girls category in Inter-DPS Tennis Tournament held from December 12,2013 to December 14,2013.

Uddayvir Singh of Class V D won the U-12 title in the Tennis Tournament organized by Ideal Tennis Academy at Manav Mangal School, Sector-11 Panchkula from 9th November to 11th November 2013.

Jaskeerat of Class VII C stood Third in U-14 category in the Chess Tournament organized by Shri Sahib Dyal Memorial Trust, Sirhind (Fategarh Sahib) on 9th November and 10th November,2013.

Mansi Bakshi of Class VI B  bagged the Bronze Medal in the Chi Kwang Do National Championship held at  Yadav Bhavan Sector 12, Panchkula on 17th November,2013.

Ishita Kapoor of Class IV C has bagged the Bronze Medal in the Chi Kwang Do National Championship held at  Yadav Bhavan Sector 12, Panchkula on 17th November,2013.

Shaurya Raj of class IX D has been selected for the Juniors U -17 category for the Table Tennis Tournament which is going to be held from 26 December 2013  to  1st January 2013 in Assam.

Santveer Singh Bhangoo(XF), Saksham Khunger(IX G), Jay Nagpal (X E), Jagsifat Singh Makkar(X E) and Nishant Kakkar(IX D) of our school won Silver Medal in the Boys U-17 category in the Inter- School Tennis Tournament held at the Lake Club Chandigarh from 21 October to 5 November 2013.

Sahishnu Sharma (VIII B), Sehaj Sidhu(VIII D), Shreyas Chopra(VIII C), Uddayvir Singh(V D) and Pranav Chopra(VD) of our school won Silver Medal in the Boys U-14 category in the Interschool Tennis Tournament held at the Lake Club Chandigarh from 21 October to 5 November 2013.

Samar Toor (VIII G), Jastaran Toor(IX H) and Abhishek(X C)  of school have been selected for the coaching camp for the selection of Chandigarh Swimming Team which is going to participate in the 5th National School Games being held at Pune from 10 Dec 2013 to 15 Dec 2013.

Charvi Saxena(XII C), Prabhneet Saron(IX G) and Rabbi Walia(X F) of our school won a Bronze Medal in the Girls U-19 category in the Inter School Tennis Tournament held at The Lake Club Chandigarh from 21 October 2013 to 5 November 2013.

Simarpreet Kaur Cheema(X G), Tanya Batra(IX C), Saumya Saxena(X D) and Shivanshi Chugh (X D) brought laurels for the school by bagging a Gold Medal in the Girls U-17 category in the Inter School Tennis Tournament held at The Lake Club Chandigarh from 21 October 2013 to 5 November 2013.

Khusleen Kaur (VIII C), Samera (VII D), Sohani Makkar (VII B), Sejal Rajwanshi (VIII C) and Tahira Gulati (VII E) of our school won the Gold Medal in the Girls U-14 category in the Inter School Tennis Tournament held at The Lake Club Chandigarh from 21 October 2013 to 5 November 2013.

Aditya Goyal of Class I A won a Bronze Medal  in the U-10 category in the Fourth Indo-Nepal Taekwando Championship held in Kathmandu, Nepal organized by All Nepal Taekwando Academy in the month of July 2013.

Aditya Goyal of Class I A won a Bronze Medal in 13th Chandigarh State Kyorogi Taekwando Championship 2013 in the U-10 sub-junior category in the month of September.

The following students are going to participate in the 59th National School Games (Chess) to be held at Andhra Pradesh from 27 October 2013 to 31st October 2013.
