Aayra Singh bagged second position in U-13 Chandigarh Chess Championship 2023 organized by Chandigarh Baptist school sec-45 D Chandigarh from 8th to 9th April.

Paras Mahajan of class IX-G bagged First position in the tennis tournament held on 15th-16th April 2023 at Guru Nanak Public Academy.

Aditeya Goyal and Divija Dewan, both students of class X (2022-23) participated in Techno School Programme Zeitgeist’23 conducted by IIT Ropar from 23-26 March.

Both the students participated in TSP OPEN OLYMPIAD and we share with great pride that both emerged as winners in the second stage of the competition. Aditeya came Ist while Divija got the 3^rd position.

2. Agriya Thakur(VIII) won bronze medal 🥉 in shot put U-14 Girls category.

3. Samisha Taneja(VII) won silver medal 🥈 in long jump U-14 Girls category.

4. Smera Yadav(VII) won bronze medal 🥉 in long jump U-14 girls category.

5. Tejasveer Singh (XII) won bronze medal 🥉 in long jump U-19 category.

6. Samisha Taneja(VII) won silver medal 🥈 in high jump in under 14 category.

7. Tejasveer Singh(XII) won bronze medal 🥉 in 400m in under 19 category.

8. Parth Sharma(X) won bronze medal 🥉 in 400m in under 17 category.

9. 4×400m boys won silver medal 🥈 in under 17 category. The boys are Parth Sharma(X), Parwan Siddle(X), Nitin Singh(IX) and Manveer Singh(X).

10. 4×400m boys won bronze medal 🥉 in under 19 category. The boys are Tejasveer Singh(XII), Akshit Singh(XI), Kartik Gautam(XI) and Tejveer Singh(XI).

11. Parth Sharma(X) won gold medal 🥇 in 200m event in under 17 age category.

12. Gautmi(VII) won gold medal🥇in discus throw event in under 14 age category.

13. 4x100m girl won silver medal🏅 in under 14 age category. The girl are Samisha Taneja(VII) , Anaaya Nusrat(VII), Smera Yadav(VII), Emmy Negi(VII).

14. Khushkaran(VIII) won bronze medal🥉 in 100m event under 14 age Category.

15. Advay Gupta(IX) won bronze medal 🥉 in discus throw under 14 category.

**Gautmi(VII) was declared as a best athlete in Inter school Athletic Championship.

Sehaj Singh Dhillon of class XI received the award of High Commendation at the Model United Nations competition hosted by Carmel Convent School Chandigarh.
A Model United Nations (MUN) award demonstrates an individual’s extraordinary abilities in public speaking, diplomacy, and negotiation. Sehaj has demonstrated his debating and communication skills.

Mehreet of Class X was awarded High Commendation (2nd place ) in MUN , IP photography, which took place in Carmel Convent School from 27th-29th January , 2023.

Vaibhav Sharma of IX-B has published his book ‘The Unnamed Crown’. This is a mystery, thriller book based on a girl who discovers various facade lives and her own life. The story proves that ambition is one of the most dangerous yet beautiful things in the world.

Gautmi of class VII bagged 3rd position in shotput by throwing the distance of 7.34 m organised by CBSE from 5.12.22 to 7.12.22.

Our school bagged gold medal in U-19 girls category in U.T Inter school Badminton tournament. Team members are-

It was organised at Sports Complex Sector-42 on friday from 18th Nov to 21st Nov 2022.

In Saupins Gold Cup, our school student Tejveer singh of class XI-E made 112 runs and made his team win the final match. it was held at Lotia Cricket stadium on 21st Nov. He got Man of the match, best batsman of the series and player of the tournament award.

In U.T , U-19 Table Tennis Tournament , our school girls team bagged Bronze medal. Held at Sports Complex Sec-50 Chandigarh from 18th Nov to 19h Nov. The team comprises of –

In U.T Table Tennis Tournament , our school girls team bagged Bronze medal. Held at Sports Complex Sec-50 Chandigarh from 14th Nov to 15th Nov. The team comprises of Cherrish Chhabra, Mehreen, Vani.

In UT Inter school Tennis tournament, our school participated in U-17 Girls category and bagged the first position. It was organised by the Education Department on 4th October 2022  at Lake Club Chandigarh. The team Members are:

Guntas Kaur Sandhu won the 25th Punjab Open Ladies and Amateur Golf Championship 2022 organised by Golf Club Chandigarh on 3rd Nov 2022. She also won the overall Championship.
